Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Telecommute Senior WebSphere Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the Production support in an ITIL centric environment
- Writing specifications, how-to documentation, test plans, test reports, and best-practices
- Troubleshooting on reported issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Requires knowledge and troubleshooting experience of AIX, Protocols and networking services
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
- 10-15 years of directly related experience in systems administration and analysis
- Experience in supporting production applications in 24 x 7 environment
- Possesses knowledge of WAS/IHS administration in Windows and AIX
- Possesses strong understanding of web-tier and associated technologies
