Job Summary

An insurance company providing workers’ compensation insurance needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Workers Compensation Insurance Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with ad-hoc requests and reporting needs
  • Working with People Partners to recommend any necessary off-cycle increases and market adjustments
  • Assisting with equity strategy, planning, and execution

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or
  • Equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5-years compensation analysis experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role
  • Advanced communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills
  • Advanced leadership skills with experience leading large or technical teams through complex deliverables
