Job Summary
An insurance company providing workers’ compensation insurance needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Workers Compensation Insurance Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with ad-hoc requests and reporting needs
- Working with People Partners to recommend any necessary off-cycle increases and market adjustments
- Assisting with equity strategy, planning, and execution
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or
- Equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5-years compensation analysis experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role
- Advanced communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills
- Advanced leadership skills with experience leading large or technical teams through complex deliverables
