Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing key analysis related to all contact centers
- Ensuring center performance is maintained at a consistently superior level
- Analyzing key business metrics including call/transaction volumes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and/or 4 - 6 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3 years working in analytic role
