Job Summary

A major telecommunications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Workforce Management Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee and monitor the administration of FLMA and STD for contact-center agents
  • Conduct audits, as needed, to make sure that agent payroll is being processed correctly
  • Monitor real time performance

Position Requirements Include:

  • WFM multi-site contact-center experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of WFM experience, preferably in a Command Center or RTM group
  • WFM experience in a contact-center operation with multiple lines-of-business
  • Proven experience at thriving in a fast-paced working environment that requires multitasking
  • High level of proficiency in Excel
