Job Summary
A tobacco product retailer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Workforce Planning Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping the business take a long-range view on strategic objectives and talent needs
- Providing a high level of customer service, continuous support, and proactive involvement with functional leaders
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining workforce planning tools, training and processes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years’ experience in Human Resources
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to coordinate and present information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance both big-picture critical thinking and hands-on details
