A tobacco product retailer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Workforce Planning Manager.

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining workforce planning tools, training and processes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to coordinate and present information
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance both big-picture critical thinking and hands-on details
