Job Summary
A global healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Service Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) on assigned accounts, both internally and externally
- Handle Inventory and management of small and emerging clients
- Handle Client reporting, routine and Ad hoc
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent experience
- 1+ year(s) experience client process improvement
- 1+ year(s) experience client support
