An insurance and benefits company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Service Center Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assigning new claims to the appropriate claims handler
- Entering verbal and written application information
- Contacting the customer by telephone
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- One (1) year of clerical or customer service experience or equivalent
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
