Job Summary
A company that provides a service control platform needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Service Control Professional Services Engagement Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning and leading selected, simultaneous billable customer engagements
- Driving project management activities and overseeing completion of engagement kickoffs
- Preparing customer-facing and internal collateral
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong project/program management and services delivery experience
- Experience working with project financial fundamentals and PSA
- Track record of delivery for strategic customers on time and within budget
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent customer-facing skills
- Exceptional organizational and change management skills
