Job Summary

A consumer goods company is in need of a Telecommute Service Delivery Leader.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the day to day operations of the diagnostic imaging and biomedical engineering staff
  • Generating quotes for room moves, accessories, and non standard repairs to aid our customers
  • Tracking, monitoring and reporting on service delivery metrics

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of service delivery experience
  • Experience leading and influencing teams
  • Experience managing a P&L
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships and frequent communications with customers and sales
  • Ability to manage the day to day operations of the diagnostic imaging and biomedical engineering staff
