Job Summary

An IT company is in need of a Telecommute Service Delivery Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure an alignment of expectations with the customer
  • Search and sales work on existing Operations customers
  • Contribute to business development in optimizing existing and establishment of new business processes
