An IT company is in need of a Telecommute Service Delivery Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure an alignment of expectations with the customer
- Search and sales work on existing Operations customers
- Contribute to business development in optimizing existing and establishment of new business processes
