Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Service Delivery Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing customer escalations as necessary and assigned
  • Providing mentoring and leadership to the Professional Services team
  • Building and enhancing our proven security platform

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • BSCS or equivalent 7 years industry experience
  • 3 years industry experience in a Project or Program Management role
  • 2 years in Archiving, eDiscovery, or FINRA regulated surveillance/supervision
  • Strong project and program management skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
