Job Summary

An information technology service company has an open position for a Telecommute Service Delivery Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage client issue update meetings on a timely basis
  • Drive SLAs as written under customer agreements
  • Participate in onboarding and offboarding activities

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum of 10 years managing software team, preferably in Oracle applications
  • Some Oracle EBS experience, minimum requirement of 5 years as an Oracle Consultant is desired
  • Must have ability to work within a close team environment with teams in all regions
  • Knack for customer service and patience to deal in situations where customer can be in a panic
  • Ability to edit works prepared by all team members
  • The ability to work with 3rd party vendor contacts through critical situations and daily activities
