Job Summary
An information technology service company has an open position for a Telecommute Service Delivery Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage client issue update meetings on a timely basis
- Drive SLAs as written under customer agreements
- Participate in onboarding and offboarding activities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 10 years managing software team, preferably in Oracle applications
- Some Oracle EBS experience, minimum requirement of 5 years as an Oracle Consultant is desired
- Must have ability to work within a close team environment with teams in all regions
- Knack for customer service and patience to deal in situations where customer can be in a panic
- Ability to edit works prepared by all team members
- The ability to work with 3rd party vendor contacts through critical situations and daily activities
