Job Summary
An IT services and consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Service Delivery Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Enhancing and maintaining customer relationships
- Ensuring quality services are delivered with regard to the agreed SLAs
- Preparing recurring operations reports for customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in Maintenance and/or Managed Services as well as customer relationship management role
- Must be customer service oriented
- Highly analytical in problem solving with the ability to apply original and innovative thinking
- Able to think clearly in challenging situations and in a logical manner
- Excellent project management, documentation and communication skills
