Job Summary

An IT services and consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Service Delivery Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Enhancing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Ensuring quality services are delivered with regard to the agreed SLAs
  • Preparing recurring operations reports for customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Maintenance and/or Managed Services as well as customer relationship management role
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Highly analytical in problem solving with the ability to apply original and innovative thinking
  • Able to think clearly in challenging situations and in a logical manner
  • Excellent project management, documentation and communication skills
