A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Service Delivery Manager in Chicago.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain extensive, strong and long-term positive relationships with current customers
- Maximize customer satisfaction and effectively communicate and manage customer expectations
- Manage both strategic and operationally tactical aspects of multiple and large scale customer solutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years’ experience proven leadership in customer solutions delivery
- Strong knowledge of standard project management methodologies and techniques
- Requires innovation to create and recognize creative solutions based on reasonable assumptions and factual information
- Requires experience working in a complex organization
