Job Summary

A travel company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Service Delivery Manager in DeLand.

Must be able to:

  • Monitor staffing interval adherence to maintain optimal staffing
  • Create and maintain a continuous improvement environment
  • Reduce operational expenses through execution of policy/procedure

Qualifications Include:

  • Interaction with banking or non-banking clients on-site and over the phone as it relates to site performance, operations and projects
  • Experience with retail customer service and telesales and/or support of loyalty client that functions as an integrated customer care team
  • 2+ years of Operations management experience
  • Understand local country labor laws and local nuances needed to support excellent contact center performance
  • Execute on a heavy call volume in a fast-paced setting
  • Knowledge of contact center technologies
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
