Job Summary
A physician group and practice management company is seeking a Telecommute Service Delivery Operations Manager in Plantation.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the customer service delivery staffing schedule to ensure all shifts are covered
- Ensuring call center staff is properly trained on analyzing, researching, and making decisions to handle phone inquiries and emails, and research requests in support of workflow
- Assisting in the preparation of, and adhere to annual budgets
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Prior call center management experience
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University and 5+ years’ experience as detailed above including 2+ years of progressive management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to manage physician workstation deployment and physician training schedules on the operating platform
- Ability to develop, evaluate, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to
