Job Summary
A technology leader has an open position for a Telecommute Service Delivery Operations Print Associate IV.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work on operational, on-site delivery of outsourcing/facilities management
- Deliver service that meets SLA and delights the customer
- Support the achievement of productivity improvements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- On-site travel
- School Diploma/GED/Secondary School GCSE or equivalent
- Experience in relevant service delivery environment
- Print industry experience either in a production environment or in print purchasing
- Demonstrable experience of customer facing role.
