Job Summary
An IT Systems Integration company has a current position open for a Telecommute Service Desk Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Communicate with the users to provide recommended resolution to issues or provide One-On-One training
- Use the ticket-tracking tool to log and track tickets through the process until resolved
- Report on any critical tickets requiring immediate attention
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance
- Experience providing customer support for software systems desired
