Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Service Desk Analyst I in Horsham.

Must be able to:

  • Provide support to end-users including responding to telephone calls, chats, e-mails, and requests for technical support, and differentiating technical problems from users
  • Ingest current processes used within the IT organization to deliver a consistent results
  • Coordinate with end-users to install approved software

Qualifications Include:

  • AS - Associate of Sciences degree
  • Experience in a helpdesk environment
  • Experience with Windows 10, MS Office applications and Dell
  • Both hardware and software support experience
  • Ability to create support and process documentation for multiple systems deployed throughout the organization.
  • Ability to deploy new or replace existing end-user hardware
