A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Service Desk Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working on issue escalation management, resource scheduling, maintaining relationships, monitoring, etc
- Taking initiative to proactively tackle problems
- Building and maintaining relationships with executive and physician's stakeholders
Position Requirements Include:
- Project Management, Six sigma, Financial management principals, change management, corporate governance
- Clinical, Technical or Business Degree or equivalent combination of supplemental training and experience in healthcare service
- 5+ years' experience management healthcare information systems administration, project management and/or call center management
- Knowledge of imaging information systems products
- Ability to diagnose complex business issues and emerging market or regulatory issues
