Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Service Desk Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working on issue escalation management, resource scheduling, maintaining relationships, monitoring, etc
  • Taking initiative to proactively tackle problems
  • Building and maintaining relationships with executive and physician's stakeholders

Position Requirements Include:

  • Project Management, Six sigma, Financial management principals, change management, corporate governance
  • Clinical, Technical or Business Degree or equivalent combination of supplemental training and experience in healthcare service
  • 5+ years' experience management healthcare information systems administration, project management and/or call center management
  • Knowledge of imaging information systems products
  • Ability to diagnose complex business issues and emerging market or regulatory issues
