Job Summary
A staffing company is seeking a Telecommute Service Desk Technician.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide First Line Support
- Log user requests, incidents, and actions taken to resolve tickets within Client ticketing system
- Provide remote troubleshooting of PCs and standard approved applications
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years of recent Service Desk / Help Desk experience
- Must be able to pass Background Investigation
- Must have strong customer service skills and demonstrate patience with end-user
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Troubleshooting skills
