Job Summary

A staffing company is seeking a Telecommute Service Desk Technician.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide First Line Support
  • Log user requests, incidents, and actions taken to resolve tickets within Client ticketing system
  • Provide remote troubleshooting of PCs and standard approved applications

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3-5 years of recent Service Desk / Help Desk experience
  • Must be able to pass Background Investigation
  • Must have strong customer service skills and demonstrate patience with end-user
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills
