Job Summary
A diversified technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Service Innovation Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Translating the general service requirements into product specific service requirements
- Supporting the development projects in the realizations of the serviceability
- Validating the serviceability of the product
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or
- Master’s Degree with a minimum 3 years of related experience in service innovation
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in IT service innovation
- Knowledge of global medical device development to effectively respond to new product needs and provide technical support
- Must be able to convert product/customer feedback into valuable insights that can help drive the development of new marketing programs
- Excellent advocacy and persuasive skills
