Job Summary
A biotechnology product development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Service Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the overall operations of assigned accounts
- Developing and maintaining positive and professional working relationships
- Interacting with client personnel and on-site staff regarding program operations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel within the region, mostly (and outside of this region, minimally), as needed to client sites (up to 50%)
- Industry experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare or related fields
- 3+ years of successful supervisor or managerial experience of remote site staff
- Proven track record in managing/understanding a service business
- Proven track record of building high performing teams
- Experienced at setting goals and monitoring performance to goals
