Job Summary
A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Service Operations Business Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Transforming the current team SQL DB into a functional reporting tool
- Identifying relevant data sources and creating new data sets
- Analyzing and reconciling data to ensure accuracy
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Working knowledge of Medicare Enrollment especially dealing with CMS regulatory issues and customer service standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Data management and/or data reporting experience
- Experience developing SSIS packages for SQL environment
