Job Summary

An IT solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute ServiceNow Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Configuring and maintaining SLA, catalog items and their associated workflows
  • Working closely with IT and business partners
  • Developing systems integrations and process automation

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Some travel required
  • Experience using JavaScript, XML, and HTML
  • A minimum of 1 year working as a ServiceNow system administrator
  • A minimum of 2 years of related work experience
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering
  • Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow incident
