Job Summary
An IT consulting firm is filling a position for a Telecommute ServiceNow Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Configure, administer and script on the ServiceNow Platform
- Implement, support, maintain, operate and upgrade ServiceNow enterprise solutions
- Carry out Administration activities, quickly resolving Incident tickets, actioning Service Requests
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2- years minimum’ experience directly with administration in ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Fundamentals Certified
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the underlying ServiceNow framework and architecture
- Experience in development and support within JavaScript frameworks (i.e. AngularJS)
- Develops policies and guidelines regarding the usage of ServiceNow and controls adherence
- Project/Portfolio Suite
