Job Summary

An IT consulting firm is filling a position for a Telecommute ServiceNow Administrator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Configure, administer and script on the ServiceNow Platform
  • Implement, support, maintain, operate and upgrade ServiceNow enterprise solutions
  • Carry out Administration activities, quickly resolving Incident tickets, actioning Service Requests

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2- years minimum’ experience directly with administration in ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow Fundamentals Certified
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the underlying ServiceNow framework and architecture
  • Experience in development and support within JavaScript frameworks (i.e. AngularJS)
  • Develops policies and guidelines regarding the usage of ServiceNow and controls adherence
  • Project/Portfolio Suite
