Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute ServiceNow Catalog Technical Administrator.
Must be able to:
- Use javascript and vendor-supplied APIs to enhance/extend functionality of tools
- Create and/or modify form views and their contents
- develop and/or modify business rules to judiciously modify the actions taken by the tool upon record changes or queries
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to use UI policies to control form behaviors and apply them in proper sequence
- Ability to recognize a field from a base table and apply dictionary overrides as appropriate for behavior modifications in extended tables
- Able to create/maintain tables including extended tables, apply appropriate access controls, default values
- Manage multiple projects to ensure high-quality output and meet time frames
- Able to use debugging tools to observe and diagnose issues related to business rule execution, security, etc
- Able to import external data into the tool and transform as required for processing or writing into table(s)
