Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute ServiceNow Developer in Chicago.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and developing solutions within the ServiceNow environment
- Configuring emails and events to trigger notifications as required
- Creating reports for generating reports and visualizing it on Dashboards
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Analytical skills and knowledge on Business Intelligence and Deep ITSM experience
- Experience with Catalog Items/Record Producers in Service Request Management
- Experience with CMDB/Change/Incident/Problem/Knowledge/SDLC/My Notification process
- Adequate technical experience on ServiceNow and Scripting knowledge
- Awareness on the Event Management process in ServiceNow using REST web service
- Good people management skills
