Job Summary
A leading national provider of information technology and data center services is filling a position for a Telecommute ServiceNow Guru.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build workflows that make our business processes run like a well-oiled machine
- Solve problems that make other people want to pull their hair out
- Breaking down requirements and building solutions that meet/exceed their needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a diploma from the School of Hard Knocks
- 3-5 years of proven ServiceNow development and/or administration, as well as an advanced level understanding of ServiceNow
- Experience with core platform components, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSM data structures and applications
- 1-2 years of experience crafting flows in Flow Designer
- Experience creating request forms, developing integration with external systems, and implementing security
- System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies
