Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Telecommute ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management Solution Architect.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Establishing customer requirements and driving continuous improvement of user experiences
  • Defining future processes through workshop deliveries and data collection
  • Providing details about dependencies, key integration points and the building of the roadmap for the ITSM solution

Required Skills:

  • Occasional travel
  • Minimum 10 years of ITSM experience with tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HP ServiceManager and Cherwell
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an ITSM Solution Architect and team lead for enterprise customers
  • ServiceNow Implementer Certification, or proven experience
  • ServiceNow Administrator and/or Developer Certifications, or proven experience
  • Proven experience scoping, estimating, workshop delivery and implementing all of the following SN Modules
