Job Summary

A business management consultant is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute ServiceNow ITBM Business Process Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Define and execute our customer’s functional/operational target state transformation
  • Enable and empower customers by solving business problems
  • Advise on all things functional and operationally related to ServiceNow implementation projects

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience leading the process design for at least 3+ ITBM Areas
  • Organizational change management and transformation talents
  • Implementation experience across the ITBM suite
  • ServiceNow ITBM Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist-PPM, FM, or APM
  • Experience working with a breadth of IT business leads and process owners
  • Successful track record as an external consultant in a professional services company
