Job Summary
An IT consulting firm is seeking a Telecommute ServiceNow ITSM Solution Architect.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Establishing customer requirements
- Driving continuous improvement of user experience
- Defining future processes through workshop delivery and data collection
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years of ITSM experience with tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HP ServiceManager, Cherwell
- 5+ years of proven experience as an ITSM Solution Architect and Team Lead for enterprise customers
- ServiceNow Implementer Certification, or proven experience
- ServiceNow Administrator and/or Developer Certifications, or proven experience
- Proven experience scoping, estimating, workshop delivery, and implementing ServiceNow Modules
