Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Telecommute ServiceNow Operations Support Specialist in Eden Prairie.

Must be able to:

  • Perform systems support activities including required participation
  • Coordinate and perform ServiceNow application and platform upgrades
  • Work with IT ServiceNOW vendor Team and other key client stakeholders within IT and the Business

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1+ years of experience with ITSM processes
  • 1+ years of experience with JavaScript
  • 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow development
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Prior experience with Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, SOAP, REST SSO SAML Setup
  • Experience customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro and CMS
