Job Summary

An information technology solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute ServiceNow Platform Administrator in Reston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting the design, development, maintenance, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise Service Management solutions in ServiceNow
  • Designing, planning and administrating ServiceNow platform components
  • Maintaining technical expertise relevant to industry standards such as ITIL v4 and best practices of ServiceNow

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or an additional 4 years of experience
  • 14+ years or more experience
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
  • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certifications for IAT Level I
  • Active Secret Clearance
