Job Summary

An information technology solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute ServiceNow Platform Administrator in Reston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Supporting the design, development, maintenance, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise Service Management solutions in ServiceNow
Designing, planning and administrating ServiceNow platform components
Maintaining technical expertise relevant to industry standards such as ITIL v4 and best practices of ServiceNow

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or an additional 4 years of experience
14+ years or more experience
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certifications for IAT Level I
Active Secret Clearance
