Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommute ServiceNow Platform Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining, designing, and continually improving the IT Service Management lifecycle
- Leading and supporting the implementation of ITSM and/or ITIL process frameworks
- Providing guidance to the development processes and procedures
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ Years’ experience in IT infrastructure administration
- 3+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience
- Experience in Service Design, Transition and overall Service Management
- Developed communication and diplomacy skills
- Demonstrable experience and capability to participate in complex projects autonomously
