Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommute ServiceNow Platform Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Defining, designing, and continually improving the IT Service Management lifecycle
  • Leading and supporting the implementation of ITSM and/or ITIL process frameworks
  • Providing guidance to the development processes and procedures

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ Years’ experience in IT infrastructure administration
  • 3+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience
  • Experience in Service Design, Transition and overall Service Management
  • Developed communication and diplomacy skills
  • Demonstrable experience and capability to participate in complex projects autonomously
