Job Summary
A science and technology solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Proactively researching and suggesting enhancements to processes and procedures
- Acting as liaison between the customer, product owner, project manager and the technical team
- Translating user requests into technical language that the developer can understand
Qualifications for this position include:
- Leading and scheduling meetings w/ product owners and customers
- Must possess a minimum of 1 year of ServiceNow experience
- BS Degree required with 4-5 yrs experience; or 8 yrs of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
- Must be able to translate technical terms into laymen's terms and vie-versa
- Must be proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Visio
