Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute ServiceNow Services Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a team of ServiceNow SMEs
  • Managing a small team of Remedy administrators
  • Evaluating continuously the efficiency of existing processes and procedures

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow ITSM platform
  • 5+ years of experience with IT Service Management
  • ITIL V3 2011 Foundation Certification
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an EPA Public Trust security clearance
