Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute ServiceNow Services Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a team of ServiceNow SMEs
- Managing a small team of Remedy administrators
- Evaluating continuously the efficiency of existing processes and procedures
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow ITSM platform
- 5+ years of experience with IT Service Management
- ITIL V3 2011 Foundation Certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain an EPA Public Trust security clearance
