Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Telecommute ServiceNow Solution Consultant in Lombard.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Troubleshooting and supporting ServiceNow based Applications and Systems
  • Preparing client facing and internal deliverables
  • Being involved in all technical aspects of ServiceNow project and service delivery

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel 20%-30% of the time
  • Experience with modern and relevant web technologies and of working in a PaaS or SaaS environment
  • Degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience 2 years as a key ITSM technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments
  • Basic understanding of Integration methods and capabilities
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies
