Job Summary

An information technology and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute ServiceNow System Administrator.

Develop, document, and implement detailed plans for ensuring configuration control for IT programs & projects

Maintain thorough records and documentation

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Math, or equivalent
10 years of overall experience; 5+ years of ServiceNow Version Upgrade hands on experience
ITSM suits related working experiences
ServiceNow Admin Certification (CSA)
ServiceNow Instance Clone hands on experience
KB article development/enhancement experience
