An information technology and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute ServiceNow System Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop, document, and implement detailed plans for ensuring configuration control for IT programs & projects

Qualifications Include:

  • 10 years of overall experience; 5+ years of ServiceNow Version Upgrade hands on experience
  • ITSM suits related working experiences
  • ServiceNow Admin Certification (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Instance Clone hands on experience
  • KB article development/enhancement experience
