Job Summary
A solutions management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute ServiceNow Technical Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Delivering end-to-end automated solutions, which include technical implementation
- Performing discovery work sessions to determine the solution requirements
- Performing design work sessions and producing deliverables
Qualifications for this position include:
- Driving or airline travel to client and company sites
- Functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification required
- Knowledge of JavaScript and Jelly or similar scripting language
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS software configuration and/or development
- Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks
- Experience building and coding Configuration Management Databases (CMDB)
- Advanced knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure and all company-required technologies
