Job Summary

A solutions management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute ServiceNow Technical Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Delivering end-to-end automated solutions, which include technical implementation
  • Performing discovery work sessions to determine the solution requirements
  • Performing design work sessions and producing deliverables

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Driving or airline travel to client and company sites
  • Functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification required
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and Jelly or similar scripting language
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS software configuration and/or development
  • Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks
  • Experience building and coding Configuration Management Databases (CMDB)
  • Advanced knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure and all company-required technologies
