Job Summary

A business management consultant company has a current position open for a Telecommute ServiceNow Technical Consulting Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of distributed ServiceNow architects
  • Ensure that the organization is continuously improving technical execution and driving efficiencies
  • Determine technical capacity needed by the organization to meet demands

Qualifications Include:

  • 10+ years of experience in professional services, technical consulting or customer success for technology services and/or product companies
  • 5+ years in a management role leading technical delivery of professional services
  • Experience interfacing with customers, managing product implementations, and growing teams
  • Experience managing a nationally distributed technical team in a dynamic, fast-growth environment
  • Experience with SDLC, Agile, project management principles, SaaS environments and comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite or similar enterprise software
  • Past experience in a hands-on technical role with understanding of relational databases, web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services)
