Job Summary
An insurance provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Servicing Team Insurance Systems Product Manager in Traverse City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing internal facing solutions
- Enhancing the experience of internal Salesforce service consoles
- Creating wireframes and other artifacts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BS in science, engineering, or equivalent technical and analytical acumen
- Two years of Product Management experience
- Two years of experience working with Salesforce
- Experience building and optimizing user experiences and systems
- Proven ability to develop deep user empathy and articulate user problems
