Job Summary

An insurance provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Servicing Team Insurance Systems Product Manager in Traverse City.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Managing internal facing solutions
Enhancing the experience of internal Salesforce service consoles
Creating wireframes and other artifacts

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

BS in science, engineering, or equivalent technical and analytical acumen
Two years of Product Management experience
Two years of experience working with Salesforce
Experience building and optimizing user experiences and systems
Proven ability to develop deep user empathy and articulate user problems
