Job Summary

A short-term rental management company is filling a position for a Telecommute Short Term Rental Internal Communications Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and executing internal communications strategy for specific audiences and at at the all-company level
• Identifying and owning metrics that measure impact of a newly established internal communications function
• Identifying and leading efforts for collaboration between communications leaders

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 5+ years of professional experience working internal/teammate communication
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Demonstrated experience in the creation and delivery of communication strategies that support overall teammate engagement
• Proven experience in the creation and implementation of an employer brand voice
• Ability to multitask, collaborate, and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapid pace of change
• Experience with digital and video means of communication, as well as a strong design aesthetic to align content with brand standards
