Job Summary

A short-term rental management company is in need of a Telecommute Short Term Rental Management Associate Corporate Counsel.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating regularly with the General Counsel and executive team to establish legal and compliance priorities
  • Working directly with our business teams to draft and negotiate contracts of all kinds
  • Advising on contract compliance and navigate disputes and disagreements with vendors and partners

Required Skills:

  • Juris Doctor (JD)., Member of the Colorado Bar
  • 4+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer in a law firm or in-house environment
  • Strong understanding of growth companies and experience working directly with business teams
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Exceptional ability to navigate complex and ambiguous legal and business issues
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
