Job Summary
A mining company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Silica Engineering Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning and safely executing multiple assigned capital projects
- Identifying and evaluating productivity and cost improvements for operations
- Tracking and monitoring key productivity metrics
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Process or Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 8-10 years of project management or process improvement experience
- Must have a demonstrated record of accomplishment in a manufacturing culture
- Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Knowledge of Spreadsheet and Word Processing software
