Job Summary
A language translation software developer is filling a position for a Telecommute Simplified Chinese Linguistic Annotator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing error analysis on current system outputs
- Creating linguistic resources such as guidelines
- Providing general linguistic consultancy on demand
Position Requirements Include:
- Native speaker of Simplified Chinese and fluent English
- Master’s degree or higher in General Linguistics or related studies
- Technical skills and good knowledge in linguistic analysis, NLP and AI
- Excellent knowledge of the structural aspects of the language
- Up-to-date exposure to popular native culture
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and to learn inhouse tools
