Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Telecommute SIS Engagement Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting business owners in translating concepts to written requirement
- Serving as the application administrator
- Serving as the primary customer contact relative to service delivery needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel approximately 10% - 15%
- Able to provide analytical troubleshooting for various product type issues
- Able to adapt easily to working with new technologies
- Able to determine the root cause and resolve complex problems
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting or system administrator role relating to CampusNexus Student
- Experience and demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a deadline driven high pressure environment
