Job Summary

An employee coverage provider is seeking a Remote Site Account Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Facilitate monthly reporting for internal reports for account management purposes
  • Assist in developing presentations and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in scheduling of onsite account visits to include internal staff as well as third party vendors

Qualifications Include:

  • 1+ year of experience in account management preferably in a remote environment
  • Experience with Google Suite with an emphasis on Google Sheets and Slides
  • Proven strong project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Proven adeptness at building relationships with people across all levels and many functions
  • Ability to act as liaison between internal departments, vendors and insurance teams to support Safety Success Managers
  • Ability to support inbound account preparation, daily account updates, internal accounts reviews and vendor reporting
