Job Summary

A contract research organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Site and Patient Access Strategy Associate Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Engage with therapeutic business units with support and the implementation of specific site and/or patient access initiatives
  • Guide Site and Patient Access Managers in delivery of global site relationship initiatives
  • Perform direct line management responsibilities for staff members for direct and indirect reports

Required Skills:

  • Minimal travel may be required (up to 40%)
  • BA/BS in life sciences, nursing, marketing, communications, business administration, or equivalent education and experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in patient recruitment/retention/engagement
  • Attention to detail, flexibility with excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Well-developed skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and voicemail
  • Excellent knowledge and application of GCP, FDA, and ICH guidelines
