Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Site Client Service Supervisor in Baltimore.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assisting in meeting regional revenue goals on a consistent basis
• Answering day to day questions posed by clients and the Client Service Rep positions
• Assisting the Manager of Operations in the training and direction of the Client Service Rep positions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to travel
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must take and pass a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher
